When should I get a sewer inspection?

Updated: Sep 22, 2021

Sewer inspections should be done before buying a home in order to ensure there are no issues you cannot see. This is especially important for homes over 20 years old or with large trees or shrubs present because roots can get into the line. You should also have a sewer inspection if you are experiencing any issues such as slow draining, bubbling/gurgling sounds, or have toilets that won't flush.
